How Delivery Works

Every box is baked to order and delivered to your door, fresh and fudgy, along the Atlantic Seaboard, the City Bowl and the Cape Town CBD.

  1. Order by 2pm

    Order before 2pm and we start baking your box. Orders after 2pm just take one extra day.

  2. We bake & pack

    Your cookies are baked fresh, cooled and wrapped tight so they travel perfectly.

  3. Delivered next day

    We WhatsApp you when we're on the way, and your box arrives the next day, soft, gooey and freakishly good.

Delivery fees

  • 6-Pack (orders under R660): R75 delivery
  • 12-Pack & 24-Pack (orders R660 and up): FREE delivery

Delivery is worked out at checkout, so you always see the price before you pay.

Help us find you

We WhatsApp you when your box is on the way, so please add your mobile number at checkout.

Then tap Add delivery instructions and tell us:

  • Your complex or building name and unit number
  • Your gate or intercom code
  • Where to leave your box if you are out, e.g. with security or reception

Packed for freshness

Every cookie is wrapped in greaseproof paper and stretch wrap, so it arrives soft, fudgy and in one piece.

Something not right?

Because our cookies are freshly baked, we can't take returns. But if your box arrives damaged or isn't 100% freakishly good, email info@freakishlygood.co.za within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
